...S02E04 - ink!...

...for this tutorial we are making the realistic watery effect for the words...

...1st go to the 'ink' layer, and add a layer style...go to the gradient overlay and on the gradient color bar, pick the desired color u want...

...on the same layer style, go to inner shadow to give it a shadow behind the font...

...next set the drop shadow effect on the layer...

...and also the outer glow...the setting are depending on ur liking...

...for the 3d effect...go to the bevel and emboss section...and set the altitude to 75%...

...when ur satisfied with ur settings, save the style by dragging the layer on the styles palette and name it...

...next, after clicking on to the BG layer...click the channels layer and make a copy of either of the layers that has the best BW contrast...open the filter menu and choose gaussian blur and adjust it accordingly...

...then define the pattern by edit > define pattern...name it as u wish...

...to give the realistic water effect, simply go on to the layers panel, and double click one of the layer which will open the layer style menu...go on to texture and pick the last one...adjust the depth accordingly...

...rename the style by dragging the layer on to the styles palette...the saved style can be used for other layers too...

...next make a rectangle by using the rectangle tool...make sure the 'shape layers' are selected by clicking on the upper right hand side...

...apply the style on to the layer...

...and hit the ctrl+backspace to show the front layer...

...using the brush tool with a desired size and a 100% hardness, create a water effect on the clipboard...

...to give a realistic effect...double click the layer to show the blending layers options...click the "blend interior effects as group" and set the fill opacity as u desired...

...after few touch-ups and settings...this is the final view of tutorial 4...

You need to make your image files small because the image is slow to show up at your blog.
